Due to the nature of our small business and the uniqueness of our products, we have implemented a return
policy where we do not accept returns. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
We kindly ask you to carefully review the following information before making a purchase:

Product Variations: As many of our products are handmade or artisanal, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations contribute to the charm and uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered as defects.

Condition upon Delivery: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product carefully for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

- Exceptions: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will assess each case individually. Please contact us via email- studionakro@gmail.com with supporting documentation, such as photographs,
within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@nakhrro.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
